04 / EXTERIOR
Exterior & site inspection
Exterior-only visit covering the buildings, site improvements, parking, access, signage and surrounding uses, when interior access is not needed.

Measurement & sketch
Field-measured building dimensions with a floor plan sketch and calculated gross building area, for files where the record area is missing or in question.
